Click on sign in. Log in or if you don't have an account, provide your email and password and create one.

Make sure you put in your personal information for the billing information. (not the facility)

After you create your account under my account settings, click on 3rd Party/Employer Billing and enter your Group Billing Name and password (that was provided to you) and your Employee ID twice.

Then you will be able to use payroll deduction or get your contract pricing if an option. You can also always pay by credit card

If you facility allows group shipping free to your facility please select the (group ship) option. Please put in your personal information or just make sure you put your name in the contact field.
